We offer casual telecommunications support in several popular business telephone systems. We can provide troubleshooting, repair, reprogramming, training and additional licensing and hardware, at extremely competative prices.
You may need us to help with the following scenarios:
- Moving locations, offices, or transplanting existing infrastructure between locations
- Experiencing faults or issues with existing systems
- Changing office structure or workflow and need changes to call routing, menu systems, voicemail, overflows, ring groups etc
- Advice on what's out there, what suits the need you have
- Have a proposition for further business - IE voice services integration with a website, system or other platform
- Feel the need to upgrade or your existing system is currently costing more to maintain than to replace with something that is more reliable and can be maintained in-house
We can work with you remotely using our secure online meeting place software in conjunction with Webex (part of Cisco). We're also a Cisco Select Partner and have full access to the Cisco Technical Assistance Center. Lastly we are always happy to come out to see you.
Our standard hourly rate is only £30 an hour (+ VAT) for new customers, but continually offer a full money back guarantee if you aren't truely satisfied.
You will always be assisted by an individual with at least 10 years of professional industry-standard knowledge and will be accreditted in both Microsoft and Cisco examinations amongst others.
